Elford Hall Garden Supporter Promise and Privacy Policy

Together we are working to restore a historic walled garden as part of Elford’s history and to create a beautiful community recreation resource for people of all ages and abilities to enjoy.

We are grateful for your support and so we wish to make the following commitments to you.

  • We will always put the gardens best interests first and use your money in a way that is best for them.
  • We will not sell your personal data.
  • We will not share your data with others for their own use.
  • We will keep you informed about our work and what we are achieving with your money and support.
  • We will only email or phone you if you have given us your permission.
  • We will listen to your ideas about the development of the gardens.

Privacy Policy

We want you to be proud of the Elford Hall Gardens and satisfied with the way in which the project is managed.

We will never share your details with anyone for their own use or sell your data to any other organisation.

We collect your information when you agree to be a Friend of the Walled Garden, a volunteer, an allotment plot holder or on the allotment waiting list.  We will not seek to obtain any information about you from any other organisation or individual.

We like to communicate with our supporters so you can hear about the work that you are making possible and also to give you the opportunity to provide additional support if you wish.

We will store your information on our secure systems.
